INDUSTRIAL RADIATORS

Fin Plate and Finned Tubes

Industrial radiators are finned heat exchangers that commonly use air on the side of the fins, and fluids on the inside of the tubes. They are intended to exchange heat with the most varied fluids, either as a heater or as a cooler. They basically use two types of fins: Helical fins and Plate fins, and some cases with smooth tubes (without fins) depending on the desired application and performance.

Constructive Forms

Plate fin, L-fin, G-fin, corrugated fins, single tubes and double tubes.

applications

Forced convection processes such as: steam heating, drying and storage, air conditioning, conditioning, water cooling, heating using thermal oil, among others.

Construction Materials

Carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, cupro-nickel, brass, among other ferrous and non-ferrous alloys.

Performance

High efficiency of heat exchange with low cost and optimization of occupied volume, compact designs with the TWT experience.
