EQUIPMENT REFORMS

We use modern equipment, procedures, professionals and competent technicians to perform renovation services on heat exchangers. The materials used in the renovation are certified and compatible with the original materials. Projects and tests are conducted in order to qualify the operating condition of the recovered equipment.
The equipment can be re-classified in NR-13 and be approved by the testing laboratory.

In several applications, we are challenged to add heat exchange power or assign new characteristics to the changes in our customers' processes, adapting existing equipment. For this commitment, we rely on a new thermal and mechanical dimension, starting from the new premises and input data and generating value by saving resources through the reuse of parts and pieces.

INSPECTIONS, REPORTS AND RECORDS

Maintenance processes of several industrial plants rely on our experience to evaluate equipment conditions, through dimensional, material and performance tests, such as ultrasound measurements, x-ray, LP tests, paint layer thickness, adhesion painting, hydrostatic tests, among others. We issue test reports as well as define the necessary scope for readjusting the equipment, meeting the required standards.
We also elaborate medical records of pressure vessels and reports in compliance with the NR-13 standard.
Technical responsibility notes are issued with CREA for such activities.
